Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager with ASIC development experience to lead cross-functional teams across silicon, software, and hardware platforms. You will define roadmaps, drive execution from concept to production, and partner with Engineering and Product to deliver high-impact ASIC solutions.

This full-time role in Menlo Park requires hands-on program management, vendor coordination, and delivering measurable outcomes while upholding responsible AI and security standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ASIC development experience.
• 2+ years in PM or engineering management delivering products.
• Ability to manage from technical details to big picture.
• Experience in ASIC design flow: architecture, RTL, Synthesis, verification, layout.
• Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation/FPGA and post-silicon validation.
• Strong stakeholder management in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs across Silicon Eng., Platform Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and vendors.
• Drive ASIC development with vendors from concept to production.
• Provide hands-on program management through all silicon and firmware phases.
• Engage with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and deliver high-quality ASIC solutions.
• Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and architecture teams to align requirements.
