Job summary

Synchron, Inc. is seeking an ASIC Technical Lead in San Diego to own the chip's technical delivery from concept to silicon. You will ensure the partner's work meets the spec, sign off at gate reviews, and drive risk reduction across the full channel count.

The role requires deep analog/mixed-signal expertise, experience with tapeouts, and a track record of delivering silicon with external partners. Competitive salary and RSU options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in EE with silicon design emphasis.
• At least 5 years in ASIC/SoC design with a full cycle from concept to silicon.
• Experience reviewing analog/mixed-signal designs and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain the requirements/spec document as the single source of truth with partner.
• Lead design/architecture reviews at each gate and assess schematics and simulations.
• Review SPICE/Cadence results, DRC/LVS, and DFT plans; own tapeout readiness.
