Job summary

You will define, model, design, optimize, verify, validate, implement and document IP (block/SoC) development. Responsibilities include creating architectures, circuit specs, system simulations, and collaborating with software/hardware teams to meet system requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree with 1+ year; OR a PhD in a related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with architecture and design tools, scripting languages, and design verification methods.

Responsibilities

• Define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development.
• Create architectures, circuit specifications, logic designs, and system simulations based on system-level requirements.
• Collaborate with software and hardware architecture teams to develop and execute implementation strategies that meet system requirements.
• Evaluate process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, timing, power use, and verification.
• Utilize tools/applications (e.g., RTL to GDS Flow, Virtuoso) for architecture and design of individual blocks/SoCs or IC Packages.
• Write detailed technical documentation for EDA/IP/ASIC projects.
