Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks an ASIC Engineer to define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP blocks/SoCs for high-performance, low-power products.

You will collaborate with software and hardware teams, evaluate design flows, and produce detailed technical docs. Eligibility includes a Bachelor's with 2+ years ASIC experience, or a Master's with 1+, or a PhD. Advanced degrees and 3+ years of related work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years in ASIC design/verification.
• Master's degree with 1+ year in ASIC design/verification/validation/integration.
• PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define, model, design, optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP for high-performance ASICs.
• Create architectures, circuit specs, and system simulations from requirements.
• Collaborate with software/hardware teams to implement designs per customer needs.
• Evaluate design flow from high-level design to place-and-route and timing.
• Write detailed technical documentation for EDA/IP/ASIC projects.
