You will oversee concept development, collaborate across teams, and push for bold, socially impactful work. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of crafting integrated campaigns with a strong visual focus.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring high quality and craft.
• Collaborate with Content Creators to bring concepts to life through storyboards, style frames, mockups, and directional edits.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives and maintain consistency across outputs.
• Partner with copywriters, cross-functional teams, clients, and creators to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
• Present work confidently to clients, articulating the rationale behind visual and conceptual decisions.
