We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Art Director.

Location: Remote-first. Seattle/West Coast Preferred.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a culturally-tapped-in creative with high taste, and a strong point of view to join our team at Conscious Minds.

The Senior Art Director will develop insight-driven ideas with specificity and polish. They are versatile, have great instincts, and know how to craft engagement into creative executions. From presentations to mood boards, low-fi content to big budget productions — they bring shape, curation, and detail that tells a story. They are natural team players, but capable of free soloing on creative sprints when needed. Their dynamic personality shines when brainstorming and presenting work.

The ideal candidate will excel in developing and presenting best-in-class social/digital creative. Their work will positively challenge social platforms, traditional media, and even the brief itself to create memorable, relevant, relatable, and/or innovative campaigns. They will be good at building internal and external relationships, earning trust, and developing ideas with legs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Development:

• Partner with copywriters, cross-functional team members, clients, and creators to develop and execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, branding, and experiential.
• Conceptualize and oversee the creation of visually cohesive assets, including videos, edits, creator contributions, photography, motion graphics, and design elements.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives.

Creative Execution:

• Lead the visual creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring a high standard of quality and craft.
• Collaborate with Content Creators to bring concepts to life through storyboards, style frames, mockups, and directional edits
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all creative outputs.

Collaboration and Presentation:

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative alignment.
• Present work confidently to clients, articulating the rationale behind visual and conceptual decisions.
• Contribute to new business pitches with innovative and visually compelling ideas.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay ahead of cultural, design, and platform trends to inspire forward-thinking work.
• Experiment with new tools, techniques, and mediums to push creative boundaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of crafting integrated campaigns with a strong visual focus.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, in addition to our standard employee benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, Flexible PTO, and various other benefits and perks) Consistent with applicable law, compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. We reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
