Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Expert Program / Project Manager to support the U.S. Army INSCOM HUMINT Operational Support task order. The role requires overseeing performance, managing contracts and coordinating with Government stakeholders from Fort Meade, MD.

A Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years IC experience, PMP certification, and active TS/SCI clearance are required. Anticipated Start: Aug 2027. Salary range $165,000–$245,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 15+ years in IC including intelligence operations planning.
• 6 years in contract financial management, timekeeping/schedule management, risk mgmt and quality assurance; 4 years as military planner.
• Manage a medium-sized contract of 35–50 personnel.
• PMP certification and MDMP/DoW regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee task order performance, workforce continuity, quality and Government coordination.
• Manage contract financials, schedules, risks, reporting and quality assurance.
• Lead operational planning and ensure timely delivery of PWS requirements.
