Job summary

B&A is seeking an Expert HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support the U.S. Army Operations Group HUMINT operations for INSCOM, based at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires a high-level TS/SCI clearance and 15+ years in related fields.

Anticipated award June 2027 with a Start August 2027; compensation ranges from $170,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience and contract funding. This position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum experience: 15 years in HUMINT operations, HUMINT targeting or intelligence analysis within DoW/IC; portion within last 2 years.
• 8 years in CI or HUMINT targeting methodology, tradecraft and operations; 2 years in an intelligence-program managerial role.
• Expert HUMINT doctrine, targeting cycle, HVI targeting, human factors, social networks and pattern-of-life analysis.
• Develop HUMINT collection, lead generation and targeting strategies using intelligence systems.
• Complete at least one targeting course: JHATC, TFC, HTTS, DO HUMINT Targeting Certification Board, TNPC, OHTC, or equivalent
