Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Expert HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) HUMINT Operational Support task order for INSCOM at Fort Meade, MD.

The role requires extensive HUMINT experience, a current TS/SCI clearance, and leadership in targeting methodology. Anticipated award and start dates, plus a multi-year contract, are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (min).
• 15+ years in HUMINT operations, targeting or intelligence analysis; DoW/IC; recent 2 years preferred.
• 8 years in CI or HUMINT targeting methodology, tradecraft and operations; 2 years in an intelligence-program managerial role.
• Expert HUMINT doctrine, targeting cycle, HVI targeting, human factors, social networks and pattern-of-life analysis.
• Develop HUMINT collection, lead generation and targeting strategies using intelligence systems.
• Complete at least one targeting course: JHATC, TFC, HTTS, DO HUMINT Targeting Certification Board, TNPC, OHTC, or equivalent
