Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to join the GLASS team supporting Army Sustainment Command in Agila-Subic, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining program requirements packets, conducting analyses, and coordinating with government staff and contractors. You will lead data reviews, provide briefings, monitor workloads, and contribute to planning estimates and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Army logistics planning or 10 years with high school diploma.
• Concurrent 5 years of experience with pre-award procurement activities.
• Analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Recommending revisions to performance work statements or specifications.
• Procurement / project planning/management experience.
• Tracking and monitoring procurement activities to ensure DoD compliance.
• Ability to report to work onsite 5 times a week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and travel to remote locations for site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets (technical data packets, exhibits, diagrams, etc.), screen for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide recommendations to the Branch Chief and/or requiring activity.
• Provide status reports and updates to the Government on all requirements, current and emerging.
• Provide technical assistance, training, and information to customers and Government staff on requirement generation and reviews.
• Perform technical reviews and analysis of contractor estimates/proposals for PPRs and change proposals.
• Monitor theater logistical priorities through daily operations and staff meetings.
• Lead portions of meetings in support of logistics for requiring activity.
• Maintain liaison with requiring activities, performance contractors, contracting officials and program staff.
• Analyze contractor’s monthly workload for previous quarter and projections for future quarters.
• Review and adjust projections for troop surges and seasonal requirements.
• Prepare monitoring reports, briefings and information papers on schedules, metrics, LOTDs, and COPs.
• Provide recommendations for current and changing operations requirements and PWS revisions.
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging missions, policies, procedures, regulations, and directives.
