Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) projects on CONUS/OCONUS sites. The role emphasizes contract requirements, data packages, and performance monitoring in a dynamic defense environment.

The candidate will join a team delivering logistics support, requirements validation, and stakeholder communications while maintaining DoD clearance and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Army logistics/acquisition or High School Diploma with 10+ years experience.
• 5 years pre-award procurement experience including requirements analysis and PWS revisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets; assess completeness and suitability.
• Provide status reports and briefings to Government personnel.
• Review contractor estimates/proposals and participate in reviews of project planning requests.
• Monitor theater priorities through daily meetings; lead portions of logistics meetings as needed.
• Maintain liaison with requiring activities, contractors, and program staff within the AOR/PMO.
• Prepare monitoring reports and information papers on schedules, metrics, LOTDs, and COPs.
