Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) on active, challenging projects. The role involves developing requirements packets, conducting technical reviews, and providing ongoing liaison with government staff and contractors.

You will operate in CONUS/OCONUS locations with DoD security clearance and travel as needed. Qualifying candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or a HS diploma with 10 years of related experience, plus strong

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of logistics/Army acquisition experience, or HS diploma with 10 years’ experience.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and onsite work 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirement packets and assess completeness.
Provide status updates to Government personnel and briefings to stakeholders.
Review contractor estimates and change proposals against project plans.
Monitor theater logistics priorities through daily meetings and reporting.
Lead portions of meetings and provide site surveys for emerging requirements.
