Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) on a CONUS/OCONUS basis. You will manage LOGCAP contract requirements, provide expert analysis, and coordinate with government staff and contractors to ensure program success.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of logistics/acquisition experience. On-site work five days a week and up to 10% travel are expected.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of logistics/acquisition experience, or High School Diploma with 10+ years of related experience.
Experience with pre-award activities including analyzing requirements and documenting them, revising PWS, and tracking master schedules.
Willingness to report onsite 5 days a week.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirement packets and screen for completeness/accuracy.
Provide recommendations to Branch Chief and requiring activity.
Provide status reports to Government on requirements and schedules.
Offer technical assistance and briefings on requirements packet development and submission.
Review contractor estimates and change proposals for PPRs.
Monitor theater logistical priorities and attend relevant meetings.
Lead portions of meetings supporting logistics operations as needed.
Maintain liaison with activities, contractors, and program staff within AOR/PMO.
Analyze monthly workload data to project quarterly projections.
Prepare monitoring reports and briefings on schedules and metrics.
