Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Leader to coordinate Army networking and communications business development. The role emphasizes cross‑portfolio collaboration, strategy alignment, and technical insight at tactical to strategic levels.

Ideal candidates have extensive US Army enterprise solution experience, NG C2 programs, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Remote work is possible; preferred near Dallas or DC. Requires active Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with US Army customers.
• Experience with US Army networking/communications doctrine and programs.
• Ability to brief senior officials and communicate complex concepts.
• Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relations with senior customer organizations to identify US Army requirements.
• Coordinate development/implementation of customer solutions for MODI BMC2N.
• Collaborate across Mission Systems to maximize opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Shape requirements and acquisition strategy through inter‑personal relationships with US Army stakeholders.
• Support RTX Lifecycle Program Management activities, including gate reviews and proposal teams.
• Represent Collins Aerospace at trade shows and conferences to educate customers.
