Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior leader to drive US Army and DoD communications capabilities. The role combines deep enterprise solutions knowledge with broad stakeholder engagement, across Mission Operations and Data Intelligence and Collins Aerospace interfaces.

The ideal candidate has extensive Army experience, security clearance, and the ability to lead multi-unit teams toward strategic objectives while supporting remote work arrangements in a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
• 10 years of prior relevant experience working with US Army customers.
• Experience with US Army networking and communications doctrine, strategies and programs, platforms, missions, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive customer relations with senior-level customer organizations to identify US Army requirements.
• Advise and coordinate development and implementation of customer solutions for MODI Battlefield Management Command and Control Networking (BMC2N).
• Coordinate across Mission Systems to advance collaboration and maximize opportunities.
• Interpret and communicate US Army policies, initiatives, requirements and opportunities to leaders.
• Lead and support businesses pursuing lateral opportunities and strategic plans.
