Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily armed security personnel at a secured federal facility.
• Ensure post orders, safety procedures, and federal regulations compliance.
• Inspect posts, verify guard readiness, review incident reports, maintain shift logs.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and leadership.
• Lead daily briefings, drills, and on-site training to ensure officer readiness and procedural compliance.
• Maintain site security presence and enforce protocols including visitor screening and access control.
• Manage timekeeping, schedules, discipline, and performance evaluations for officers.
• Serve as liaison between security personnel, client representatives, and corporate management.
