Job summary

Servexo, Inc. seeks an Armed Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a secured federal facility. You will lead armed security personnel, ensure compliance with post orders and federal regulations, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an armed guard card, Taser certification, CPR/First Aid, and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory security experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with valid government-issued ID.
• Current state-issued Armed Guard Card.
• Taser Certified with verifiable training.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Pass pre-employment physical with drug screening and firearms qualification.
• No felony convictions or domestic violence offenses; must be able to carry a firearm legally.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in private security, law enforcement, or military police.
• High school diploma or GED; some college or criminal justice coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate armed security personnel at a secured federal facility.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, contract requirements, safety procedures, and federal regulations.
• Inspect posts, verify guard readiness, and maintain shift logs.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; coordinate with law enforcement and leadership.
• Lead daily briefings, drills, and on-site training for officer readiness.
• Enforce visitor screening and access control; maintain security presence.
• Manage timekeeping, schedules, and performance evaluations for officers.
• Serve as liaison between security staff, client representatives, and management.
