Servexo, Inc. seeks a Site Manager to lead armed security operations at federal facilities in Maryland. You will manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of personnel, ensuring strict contract compliance and incident reporting.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, armed licenses (DC/MD), current CPR/First Aid/Firearms/TASER certifications, and at least five years of leadership in security or law enforcement. Some travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with valid state ID.
• TS/SCI security clearance.
• DC SPO Armed License and/or Maryland Wear & Carry Permit.
• Current CPR, First Aid, Firearms, and TASER certifications.
• Comprehensive background check including fingerprinting/drug screen/physical fitness.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in armed security, law enforcement, or military command.
• Know DC and Maryland armed security regulations and federal protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily armed security operations across multiple federal facilities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling of all personnel.
• Ensure contract compliance with federal regulations, post orders, and staffing obligations.
• Coordinate with client and federal stakeholders; report incidents as required.
• Manage performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct post inspections, performance audits, and site walkthroughs.
• Ensure certifications and licenses for personnel are current.
• Occasional travel between DC and Maryland sites.
