GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an Emergency Response Supervisor in the Washington, DC area. The role demands an active Armed DCSPO and the ability to pass a tactical assessment.

You’ll patrol and supervise security operations across diverse environments while leading emergency response efforts and ensuring high standards of safety and service. Key duties include supervising staff, coordinating drills, managing schedules and reports, maintaining logs, and building strong client

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Armed DCSPO.
• Be able to pass a tactical assessment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to stand, walk, and perform under demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security services to meet tactical and operational standards.
• Lead and participate in tactical emergency response operations and drills.
• Develop staffing schedules, payroll, and operational reporting.
• Maintain logs, incident records, and post orders accurately.
• Build professional relationships with clients and staff as the primary liaison.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure readiness and safety compliance.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and manage hazardous materials handling.
• Review schedules and staffing to optimize security operations and cost efficiency.
• Respond to emergencies with timely, accurate reporting.
