Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Production and Event Manager at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA to plan, coordinate, and manage events of varying sizes. You will work with clients, venue staff, and contractors to ensure successful execution and profitability.

Responsibilities include budget preparation, staff supervision, and providing seamless guest experiences while maintaining high service standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of facility management, services, and equipment for a similar facility.
• Venue management (arena or stadium) experience preferred.
• Concert and live production event management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events and coordinate with clients and staff.
• Prepare cost estimates and oversee event logistics.
• Supervise event staff and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain client relations and provide after-action support.
