Job summary

Legends Global, in partnership with UVA's John Paul Jones Arena, seeks a Production and Event Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of events of all sizes. The role collaborates with clients, facility staff, and contract teams to ensure flawless guest experiences and profitability.

You will monitor logistics, provide professional client services, and lead event-day operations, staff supervision, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years event/venue experience preferred.
• Experience managing concerts and live events is a plus.
• Venue management and team supervision experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from concept to completion.
• Liaise with clients and arena departments to fulfill event requirements.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage event day operations.
