Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Senior Area Team Leader to oversee operations across 20+ restaurants and 2+ ATLs, reporting to the Zone VP. The SATL will ensure goals are met in labor, operations, team development, and sales, while modeling company standards.

This role travels ~75% to visit stores, recruit and staff, train the team, and drive SST growth. A potential transition to Regional Director is evaluated after 6 months, with focus on sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
• 75% travel required.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Manage 10+ stores and 3+ ATLs.
• Consistently travel/visit all stores in your area.
• Moving equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Move continuously during shifts.
• Navigate stairs as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and staffing stores to full capacity.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; identify leadership growth.
• Create succession plans with SRTLs and ATLs.
• Ensure disciplinary actions with HR support.
• Conduct store visits to support teams.
• Review turnover numbers with HR.
• Oversee DOH, internal and external audits and food safety.
