Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Senior Area Team Leader to oversee 20+ restaurants and 2+ ATLS, ensuring labor, operations, and sales goals are met. The SATL will coach staff, maintain safety standards, and prepare stores for potential advancement to Regional Director.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, travel readiness, and excellent customer service. The role includes culture, consistency, and financial oversight as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
• 75% travel required.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Manage 10+ stores and 3 or more ATLs.
• Consistently travel/visit all stores in your area.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and staffing stores to full capacity.
• Train, coach and develop staff; identify leadership growth.
• Ensure stores pass DOH, internal and external audits; food safety compliance.
• Oversee labor, operations, and KPI targets; manage costs and SSS growth.
• Travel to the stores you oversee and perform store visits; support turnover review with HR.
