Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Senior Area Team Leader to oversee 20+ restaurants and develop 2+ ATLs, driving labor, operations and sales toward district goals. You will champion brand standards and prepare stores for the Regional Director path, while fostering leadership and guest experience.

Based in Chicago, this role requires up to 75% travel to support stores, recruit and staff, coach teams, and ensure food safety and audits are met. It’s a path with growth and impact in a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
• 75% travel required.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Manage 10+ stores and 3 or more ATLs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and ensuring stores are fully staffed.
• Oversee labor, operations, and compliance with standards.
• Coach and develop staff; create succession plans.
• Travel to stores to support and audit performance.
• Drive guest satisfaction and SST/SSS growth.
• Ensure DOH and internal audits are passed.
