Mortgage Solutions Financial (MSF) is seeking an Area Manager to lead the performance and growth of multiple branch locations from our Colorado Springs area. You will mentor Branch Managers, shape regional strategy, and ensure exceptional customer service and compliance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch locations to meet loan volume and quality targets.
• Mentor and manage Branch Managers and their teams.
• Recruit, hire, and develop branch leadership.

• Analyze branch financial data and ensure profitability.
• Maintain a personal loan production pipeline while supporting branches.
