The role requires 8+ years in multifamily maintenance, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to drive safety, budgets, and resident satisfaction. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position with broad operational impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multifamily maintenance with supervisory responsibility.
• 2+ years troubleshooting HVAC and mechanical systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Fire Safety Manager certificate required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop on-site maintenance teams across a large multifamily community.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, work orders, PM programs, unit turns, inspections.
• Provide technical oversight for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housing, and building regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and capital repair projects.
• Partner with Property and Asset Management to support resident satisfaction.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and forecast maintenance spend.
• Respond to escalated maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations.
