Job summary

theMednet is seeking an Area Director of Advanced Practice-SL to lead the specialty across the Area, directing clinical and operational performance for multiple sites. You will drive quality, productivity, access, and patient experience while aligning with Divisional strategy and enterprise priorities.

You will supervise site-based APP leaders, partner with HR and Medical Group leadership, and guide recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning to sustain a high-performing APP

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive APP leadership/management experience.
• State licensure acceptable for APRN or PA practice and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Leads specialty clinical and operational performance across Area sites/venues.
• Uses dashboards and analytics to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Oversees APP workforce planning and development within the Area.
• Partners with Area leadership to align priorities with Divisional strategy and enterprise goals.
• Ensures coordination of care and collaboration with other clinical services to optimize patient outcomes.
