Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive APP leadership/management/supervisory experience.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program; Doctorate preferred for APPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational, and workforce leadership for the Area.
• Oversee specialty operations, access, throughput, and patient experience across sites.
• Partner with Division in Service Line strategy and enterprise priorities.
