Advocate Health Care is seeking the Area Director of Advanced Practice-SL to lead clinical and operational performance for a defined specialty across Area sites. The role partners with the administrative dyad to drive access, productivity, quality, and patient experience, while aligning with divisional priorities and enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA with advanced practice leadership credentials.
• Master’s degree or higher in relevant field is required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical practice; 3–5 years progressive APP leadership/management experience.
• Licensed/credentialed to practice in applicable state (APRN/PA).

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary APP leader for the specialty within the Area.
• Oversee access, throughput, utilization, productivity, quality and patient experience.
• Lead performance improvement and trend analysis using dashboards.
• Recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning for APPs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Finance, Access, and Growth partners.
