Jacobs in Wilson, NC seeks an experienced Area Construction Superintendent Manager to lead daily scheduling, planning and field operations on site. You will ensure materials, equipment and personnel are available to complete projects safely and efficiently.

You will collaborate with owners and designers, facilitate reviews, and drive safety leadership across the team. The role emphasizes coordination, communication and multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• 15+ years of construction site experience
• At least 10 years as a general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager
• Experience with HVAC, Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing, and Electrical

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
• Ensure right materials, equipment and people are available to get the job done
• Prioritize safety, health and wellbeing of the team and environment
• Coordinate with owner and designers; facilitate reviews and walkdowns
• Lead safety processes (JHA revisions and daily permits)
