Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks an experienced CSA Construction Superintendent in Wilson, NC to lead daily scheduling and planning on site. You will ensure materials, equipment and personnel are on hand to complete the job while safeguarding the team and environment.

The role requires a strong safety focus, multi-disciplinary knowledge, and proven client coordination. Preferred is a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering plus 10+ years on-site, with 8+ years at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 10 years of construction site experience.
• At least 8 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done.
• Prioritize safety, health and well-being of the team and the environment.
• Lead client and construction meetings and coordinate with designers.
