Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 15 years of construction site experience
• At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
• Experience with HVAC, Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing, and Electrical

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done
• Prioritize safety, health and well‑being of your team and the planet
• Collaborate in planning, design, construction and commissioning with owner and designers
• Attend constructability reviews
• Safety leadership (JHA’s revision / daily signed off permits)
