Job summary

CESO, Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural teams across complex projects, ensuring design excellence within budget and schedule. The role requires a Registered Architect with 12+ years of experience and multi-state licensure as needed, with NCARB/CCS/CDT preferred.

Travel may be required, and the position supports a flexible, hybrid work schedule. As a senior technical resource, you will mentor staff, direct budgets, and oversee QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional architectural experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure is required.
• Multi-state licensure to become a company signatory may be required.
• NCARB Certification preferred; CSI CCS/CDT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and supervise architecture teams.
• Mentor senior leads, architects, and design coordinators for growth.
• Oversee budgets, labor utilization, and resource planning at BU level.
• Ensure project design meets client program requirements within budget/schedule.
• Guide project execution with advanced architectural knowledge.
• Lead regular team meetings to share updates and standards.
• Assist PMs in proposals, budgets, and design strategies from concept to completion.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and support project reviews.
• Supervise direct reports.
