Job summary

CESO, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Designer to lead architectural design and documentation for building projects, coordinating civil, structural, MEP systems, and BIM workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of related experience, with RA licensure preferred. You will mentor Designers, perform redlines, review for constructability and code compliance, and collaborate with Team Leads to meet deadlines in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of related architectural experience.
• Registered Architect licensure preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation for complete architectural building projects.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants for civil, structural, MEP systems.
• Mentor Designers and Lead Designers; perform redline reviews.
• Ensure constructability and code compliance per authorities.
• Support QA reviews and manage workflow to deadlines.
