Trademark Sign, LLC in South Florida is seeking a Senior Architectural Signage Project Manager to guide complex interior and exterior signage projects from initial estimates through installation and closeout.

You will lead client engagements, coordinate design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation, ensuring codes and budgets are met with a hybrid work model and on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of project management experience in architectural signage, environmental graphics, or related construction.
• Experience managing full lifecycle from estimating to closeout.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, signage schedules, and installation requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client kickoff, define scope, milestones, budgets, and communications.
• Estimate materials, fabrication, permitting, freight, and installation; manage budgets.
• Coordinate design development with architects, engineers, and designers.
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, and code compliance; track approvals.
• Procure materials, manage vendors, and monitor lead times.
• Oversee fabrication to production packages and shop drawings.
• Plan installation, site surveys, and coordination with trades.
• Develop schedules, manage risks, and provide status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate final inspections, handover, and closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain profitability.
