Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of architectural experience with progressively responsible roles on complex projects.
• Proven architectural project management experience leading projects from design through construction.
• Strong client management skills and experience serving as primary client contact.
• Experience coordinating and managing consultant teams including multidisciplinary engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.
• Experience with construction documents and construction administration processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring alignment with goals and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and staffing plans and monitor financial performance.
