Job summary

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and owners to develop options and resolve solutions, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and client goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a professional architecture degree, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree.
• 2nd item placeholder
• 8 years experience plus senior living experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and health environment regs.
• Architectural registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project work plan and schedule development including fee and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with design team, engineers, and owners through all development phases.
• Lead project through construction phase with quality control and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Communicate project health, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
