Qualifications

• Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program is required.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years leading projects and teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, and demonstrated success in managing clients and key stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
• Competency with digital tools including Bluebeam, REVIT, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams from development to execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards.
• Review and approve design work, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality control and code compliance.
• Develop and maintain clear construction documentation and specifications.
• Supervise and mentor team members, including architects, designers, and technical staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders; manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage project scope, contracts, budgets, and change orders in collaboration with firm leadership.
• Stay current with building codes, industry trends, materials, and sustainability standards.
