Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in architectural practice.
• Architectural license in Oregon preferred.
• Knowledge of building construction, codes, permitting, and construction documents.
• Ability to manage scope, contracts, fees, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Strong client service, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, organization, and prioritization under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office and project collaboration tools.
• Experience with educational architecture, especially K–12 projects, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multiple architectural projects.
• Serve as primary client liaison; define objectives and communicate progress.
• Develop and manage project work plans, staffing, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead architectural design and coordination, including code compliance and specs.
• Direct the preparation of construction documents and quality reviews.
• Administer owner and consultant agreements; manage scope changes.
• Lead construction-phase services, including site observations and submittals.
• Mentor team members and support professional growth; present to stakeholders.
