Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Up to two years of relevant internship or professional experience.
• Registered architect or pursuing licensure.
• Foundational knowledge of design, construction, detailing, codes, and accessibility.
• Ability to interpret design direction and communicate questions clearly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Revit and related project tools.

Responsibilities

• Support architectural projects from programming through closeout.
• Prepare and revise plans, elevations, sections, details, diagrams, and drawings.
• Develop coordinated Revit models and drawing sets.
• Assist with research related to building codes, accessibility, zoning, materials, and systems.
• Coordinate architectural work with consultants.
• Participate in meetings and document decisions and follow-up items.
• Incorporate feedback into models and drawings promptly.
• Assist with construction-phase services including site observations and submittals.
• Maintain organized project files and meet milestones.
• Communicate clearly and raise coordination or technical concerns.
• Contribute ideas to advance design quality, sustainability, and inclusivity.
• Engage in professional development and licensure activities.
