Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture is required.
• 6+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in BIM software, SketchUp, and Bluebeam.
• Experience in Senior Living, Multifamily, or Student Housing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple architectural projects and develop plans.
• Produce construction documents for projects.
• Interact with project staff, consultants, and clients to align on goals.
• Interpret and apply building codes and regulations for compliance.
• Meet scheduled deadlines and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to team members.
• Travel to project sites as required.
