Job summary
Bancroft Staffing Partners in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead delivery of Mixed-Use and Multifamily projects, manage documentation, coordinate consultants, and drive design development through construction administration.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional architecture experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, and licensure is preferred (Texas registration a plus).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 10+ years of professional experience in architecture required.
- Architectural licensure preferred – Texas registration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural project delivery across Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Residential, and related project types
- Develop and coordinate projects from design development through construction documentation and construction administration
- Lead project documentation and coordination within Revit-based BIM environments
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, details, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and specialty consultants
- Mentor junior staff and ensure QA/QC of project documentation
