Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will own the success of multiple architecture projects while leading small teams and delivering an excellent client experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead client meetings and build productive relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project fees, define scopes of work, and develop realistic schedules.
  • Manage project budgets, deadlines, resources, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Oversee architectural documentation while prioritizing and assigning team tasks.
  • Guide project teams as they develop design components, technical details, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants and resolve design or technical issues.
  • Mentor teams of one to two junior architects and support their professional development.
  • Participate in business-development interviews and prepare proposal responses.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, building systems, and contractual requirements.
  • Communicate each design's intent through accurate, coordinated contract documents.
Required Qualifications

The successful Project Manager candidate will bring:

  • A professional degree in architecture
  • At least 10 years of relevant architectural experience
  • A strong technical background in architectural design and documentation
  • Experience directing teams of one to two junior architects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Deep knowledge of code analysis, building systems, consultant coordination, and contract documents
  • Strong client-management, scheduling, budgeting, and project-leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and adaptable approach

Architectural licensure is preferred. Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage.
