The PM will oversee planning, procurement, design, construction, and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while providing clear progress reports to stakeholders. The role requires extensive coordination with A/E teams, contractors, and grant managers, with responsibilities spanning bid processes, scope changes, and project

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of experience in construction, architecture, or engineering project management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects from programming through closeout.
• Experience with design coordination, procurement, and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from Programming through construction.
• Review procurement packages and ensure documentation is complete.
• Facilitate design review and coordination meetings; attend bid openings.
• Coordinate with A/E consultants and contractor teams on plans and revisions.
• Track progress, risks, and budget; provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor grant eligibility if federally funded; coordinate with grant managers.
• Support project closeout, final inspections, and as-built documentation.
