Allegion is seeking a Specification Consultant to deliver technical hardware specifications for architectural projects across Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. You will edit master specs, review distributor submittals, and advise on product applications including access control options.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, and the ability to coordinate with architects and the sales team through all project phases.

Qualifications

• Create hardware sets and specifications for architectural projects, ensuring code compliance in new construction and aftermarket requests.
• Provide solutions to architects on product applications and access control requirements.
• Participate in pre/post installation meetings and coordinate revisions.
• Mentor others on electro-mechanical products and access control.

Responsabilités

• Develop technical hardware sets and specs for the architectural community.
• Review shop drawings and provide expert product guidance.
• Coordinate revisions and respond to RFIs during project phases.
• Collaborate with Architectural Services Consultant to shape project strategy.
