Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking an experienced architect to join a multi-disciplinary team in Glendale, CA. The role involves leading design development, detailing, and coordinating with engineers and consultants under supervision of a Licensed Architect.

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience, a degree in architecture, and strong skills in Revit, Enscape, and collaboration. The position offers remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from an accredited program required/preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Must be highly analytical and a fully qualified professional.

Responsibilities

• Independently contribute design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Assist in coordination of engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
• Maintain communications with the Owner and Consultants on project status and design intent.
• Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.
• Coordinate with all other team members on project assignments.
• May supervise interns and lead project team meetings.
