Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required; NAAB-accredited program preferred.
• 5+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Actively pursuing architectural licensure is preferred.
• Understanding of building codes, construction documentation standards, and technical detailing.
• Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite.
• Experience with multiple project types and phases of architectural service.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong commitment to accuracy and design quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design solutions and prepare detailed drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with a team of internal and external engineers to integrate building systems and resolve technical design challenges.
• Participate in all project phases from concept design through construction administration.
• Prepare presentations, technical reports, and documentation for client meetings and project submissions.
• Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and support construction phase services.
• Review shop drawings and submittals under the guidance of senior architects.
• Contribute to design discussions and problem-solving sessions with project teams.
