Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required; degree from an NAAB-accredited program preferred.
• Registered Architect or eligible for reciprocal licensure through NCARB.
• 5–15 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with multiple building types and understanding of codes and detailing.
• Ability to develop construction details.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed construction drawings from design development through construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural design efforts with engineering disciplines as part of a team providing design and technical leadership.
• Conduct field visits during construction to monitor progress and complete reporting.
• Review shop drawings, project data and samples of materials during construction.
