Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 8+ years of experience in an architectural practice on various projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design process from schematic through construction.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; coordinate consultants.
• Produce design/construction documents and BIM models.
• Support cost estimation and budgeting.
• Assist with field surveys and redevelopment of plans.
• Assist in presenting plans to authorities for land use and permitting.
