Job summary

Höweler + Yoon in Boston is seeking a Project Architect/Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead design and documentation for complex projects. The role emphasizes drawing sets, coordination with clients and consultants, and delivering design excellence across all phases.

Ideal candidates have strong BIM skills (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD) and proficiency with the Adobe suite, plus excellent communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Professional degree and 5-10 years of qualified experience.
• Experience in managing and coordinating building projects.
• Ability to prepare and develop drawing sets at all phases.
• Excellent design and graphic skills for complex projects.
• Advanced digital modeling and BIM skills.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants, leadership and team.
• Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual design sketches and project narrative.
• Meet functional, spatial and aesthetic needs of clients.
• Lead project documentation across all phases.
• Prepare project timelines and manage staffing and consultants.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
